These personal days must be pre-approved by a supervisor 72 hours in advance.Įffective January 1, 2012, all officers shall contribute to their health insurance premiums in accordance with Chapter 78 of Public Law 2011.Īny officer who retires from the Township shall no longer have any health insurance premium sharing responsibilities, except that officers who did not have twenty (20) years or more in the pension system as of Jand who thereafter retire from the Township will be required to contribute to their retiree health insurance premiums in accordance with Chapter 78 of Public Law 2011. ![]() These personal days can be utilized only if staffing levels for the day sought do not fall below minimum manning requiring overtime. Modify Section 2 as follows: Each employee may be granted up to five (5) additional personal days per year. ![]() The parties shall mutually create and agree upon a successor collective bargaining agreement from the terms of this Memorandum. The term of the successor agreement shall be from Januto December 31, 2015.Ģ.Ěll terms of the existing contract shall remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Memorandum.ģ. The terms of the Memorandum are as follows:ġ. The parties agree to recommend ratification of this agreement to their respective membership (the Township Council and PBA members, respectively). Brick Township (“Township”) and Brick Township Policemen’s Benevolent Association Local 230 and the Brick Township Policemen’s Superior Officer’s Association (collectively “PBA”), hereby agree to this Memorandum of Agreement, dated August 8, 2011, with respect to a successor collective bargaining agreement between the parties. ![]()
